Steak and me!

I had one of the most delicious steaks yesterday. One of my rotation mates has a cow farm about 40 minutes from school and we set up a grill and had large steaks for each of us.

The calf was slaughtered about 3 weeks ago and had special Amish seasoning on it. It was really quite awesome, tasted a bit like pork but it's so so delish. One of the nicer things I have eaten in a long long while.

And now I am on call again tonight - first person on call. I hope that no emergencies come in. I would like to sleep.
