Cooking tea eggs

We had an international food fest this year and I was one of the resident cooks this time round. I made tea eggs - I know this is not very singaporean (actually I never ate tea eggs in Singapore...hahaha!) but was easy to cook. Easiness reigns supreme when you have to make enough to serve a lot of people.
