Chinese New Year Program

My second time leading the annual chinese new year program in my apartment community. I think I did learn from my previous mistakes and was much better able to plan this program this year. A lot more delegation and a lot less micromanagement.

The successful part: 250 to 300 residents appeared and they all ate till they were satisfied. They were all suitably entertained.

The not so successful part: Some of my co-workers did not turn up to help and I was left stranded without people to serve. I had to rope in my residents on the spot to help out.
